These terms apply to services offered by Tripcider, a travel services business based in Mumbai, India.

Services

Tripcider arranges flights, hotels, visas, packages, and related logistics as agent or facilitator unless agreed otherwise. Supplier terms apply.

Bookings

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing with agreed price and payment schedule.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tripcider is not liable for third-party supplier acts or force majeure. Liability is limited to fees paid to Tripcider for the relevant booking unless law requires otherwise.

Governing law

Indian law; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, subject to consumer protection rules.
