Contact details, travel preferences, passport or ID copies when required for bookings, booking references (for example TCBK numbers), payment confirmations, and WhatsApp content needed to support your trip.

Retention

We retain booking and invoice records as required under Indian law even after a deletion request, where applicable.

How to delete your data

Email travel@tripcider.com or WhatsApp +91 81094 00007 with subject “Data deletion request” and the phone or email used with Tripcider. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion or anonymisation within 30 days where legally possible.
